Diane von Furstenberg (DVF for short), has got to be one of my most favorite fashion designers ever! Back in the 70’s, DVF had the vision to create on of the best creations ever for women’s fashion. The jersey “wrap around dress”. Now, isn’t that reason enough to love and adore her??? Back in 2006, I was infinitely close to getting one myself but I didn’t want my husband to go into cardiac arrest. LOL!

Anyways, I have just got to say that DVF’s Spring 2009 Fashion Week collection is absolutely, positively gorgeous! And the itch to own one of DVF’s pieces is stronger than ever! It was all about mixed prints, floaty print chiffon and sheer layers that came together for a boho vibe. Now, what’s good about this year is, there’s no particular trend that is IN at the moment, because you can go for every style, whether it’s DVF’s boho chic or the romantic ruffles, corset tops and appliques of Carolina Herrera, or Lacoste’s voluminous beachy version with sporty sherbert-colored line of great pieces like bodysuits.

So without much further ado, here’s some of DVF’s Spring 2009 Collection that has just hit the runways.

Aren’t they absolutely gorgeous?!?!?! I’d die happy if I had a collection like THAT in my wardrobe! LOL!
