A study done has shown that 85% of women are wearing the WRONG bra size. That is NOT good. We need to remind ourselves that our body is no one elses but our own. So why would we want to be ignorant about ourselves. Our ladies deserve to be taken care of in the best manner possible, getting regular breast ultrasound check ups and also to be fitted into the right bra. We need to put our ladies in the bra with the perfect fit and the bra that most flatters her! Don’t you women agree?
Why is it important to get the right size? Well, that’s because not only does the wrong size and fit affect our posture it also affects the health of our breast tissue. Having it too loose will make our breasts sag and cause posture or back problems meanwhile bras that are too tight might cause bruising, discomfort or even blocked milk ducts.
A great article on how to measure your bra size can be found here.
So I hope you ladies go and get yourself measured and remember! Your bra size has the possibility to change up to 6 times in your lifetime (due to weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy, menopause, etc) so just because you’ve measured once, that you’ve got it pat down.
Anyways, here’s a little something about the guide to bra sizes that I thought would be funny to share with you.

Inspired by last week’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show for my Music Monday picks, I have chosen another star performance from the most sought after fashion show event! Last week, it was Justin Timberlake’s Sexy Back at the 2006 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. For this week, it’s gonna be..
The Spice Girls at the 2007 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show performance! Sure they were lip-synching. But it’s all about fashion.. and I love their individual styles at this particular performance. Besides, Victoria Beckham a.k.a. Posh Spice is a self-proclaimed style icon, right? So might as well include her in The Accidental Fashionista blog!
So hope you guys enjoy this week’s Music Monday. Till I see you again next MM!

Beyond sexy world top supermodels, beautiful lingerie and smokin’ hot performances! Don’t believe me??
Check out Justin Timberlake’s performance of Sexy Back at the 2006 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show!
But then again, I don’t know who to look at! The Victoria’s Secret Angels, the lingerie OR Justin! LOL!
Hope this brightens up your Monday blues!
Love,
S.
