The Twilight Saga: New Moon cast arrived in style at the L.A. Premiere held at the Mann Village Theater on November 16, 2009 in Westwood, California.
So many celebrities and fans turned up for the event, that I am going to have to post in 2 or maybe even 3 parts to get all of them covered. But instead of starting with the women’s fashion this time, I’d like to present the men’s fashion first. What better way to start than get a glimpse of The Men of New Moon, right ladies?
Taylor Lautner, the star of New Moon, a.k.a. Jacob Black seemed relaxed and at ease on the red carpet in a navy blue suit from Calvin Klein collection.
Robert Pattinson, a.k.a. Edward Cullen, arrived in good spirits - smiling and goofing away with his fans. Pattinson was dressed in a black Gucci single breasted Bowie suit.

Okay, so I know when the Country Music Awards (CMA) hits, every cowboy and cowgirl will don all the glitter and sparkles and what-have-yous.. because it’s country. And it works. Well, almost.
Carrie Underwood wore a silver Theia gown for the red carpet - which I don’t particularly love on her. She changed a bazillion times during the show, which she co-hosted with Brad Paisley, by the way. Still not lovin’ her bazillion dresses.
Nicole Kidman in a long L’Wrenn Scott gown. Looks red but apparently it’s fuchsia. I’m not lovin’ it much. I actually preferred the red Prada she wore previously. I don’t know. It’s just me. But I am lovin’ her hair color! It’s back!!
Faith Hill looked pretty in a beaded/bejeweled halter grey dress. Pretty but quite boring for the CMAs.
So there’s been a lot of questions regarding the whole Queen Bee headband that Blair Waldorf crowned upon Jenny Humphrey in the “The Goodbye of Gossip Girl” episode - the finale of season 2.
Here’s a recap of the scene where Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) crowns Jenny Humphrey (Taylor Momsen):
Anyways, the much sought after Queen B headband is by Jennifer Behr, a padded headband done by hand AND covered with Swarovski crystals that are stitched on one-by-one (with cotton thread Behr waxes herself!).
This Queen B headband retails at $725 and can be purchased from jenniferbehr.com
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will grace the covers of Harper’s Bazaar December 2009 issue - to the delight of fanpires and Twi-hards. However, I wonder how others - fashion critics and the like - will respond to that?
I honestly think that the cover is not too bad, although I wish they chose a different cover. Something less maniacal in Kristen Stewart’s eyes. As for the inside spread (right cover), I think Kristen just couldn’t pull off this special ordered Alexander McQueen gown. She somewhat resembles that witch, Ursula, from the Little Mermaid. No one seem to notice that?
Anyways, who cares what I think, right? I’m sure fans will just love to see these two in any romantically linked situation!
Check out more on the Harper’s Bazaar photoshoot as explained by HB’s Creative Director, Laura Brown.
The photoshoot was carried out by Mark Seliger for Harper’s Bazaar.
Sienna Miller is famously known for her love of fashion as well as her status as style trendsetter - more so than her acting career. After receiving a lot of bad press in recent years due to her relationship with the then-married Balthazar Getty (who plays Tommy Walker on hit TV series, Brothers and Sisters), Sienna Miller is determined to move forward and launch herself in the spotlight for things that matter. Like her recent role as the Baroness, in the box office film, G.I. Joe: Rise of The Cobra.
The film may have fallen flat with movie critics, however, Sienna Miller’s fashion has fashion critics fawning over her wardrobe at the red carpet of the film’s premiere and also at the G.I. Joe film photocalls and promo tours.
