I was pretty nervous, when I first came up with TAF’s 1st Giveaway (August ‘09) , from choosing the giveaway prize, to announcing it to the public. My first giveaway here, was conducted for two weeks, from August 1st to August 14th 2009 and open to everyone!

Results was determined by random.org and I was nervous as ever. But the waiting has ended and I have the results for The Accidental Fashionista’s 1st Giveaway.
**As you know, I sort of took a blogging hiatus from TAF, and have just returned. So hope you all don’t mind the late report on the wedding of Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan.
Channing Tatum looked very dashing in a simple traditional black suit with a white tie by Giorgio Armani, while his lovely bride, Jenna Dewan wore a beautiful strapless wedding gown designed by Reem Acra. The gown had a sweetheart neckline, bustier bodice and feathered skirt. Jewelery designer Neil Lane custom made the couples wedding bands.

It’s Music Monday!! TAF hasn’t featured an MM pick in a while so let’s start with an cool and upbeat song by Cobra Starship ft. Leighton Meester. The reason I chose this song was to not only feature Leighton Meester as a singer, but also because she is clearly making her mark in the fashion world.
Most known for her character Blair Waldorf in CW’s Gossip Girl, Leighton Meester has been stealing the show with Blair Waldorf’s fashion - wearing the most current designer pieces that marks her as a true Upper East Sider. When her character came out wearing Bill Blass’s halter flamenco top in Season 2, the top immediately became one of the most searched for item and was sold out before you can say XOXO!
